Can not upload project #148

As I run goapp deploy, console shows with no end.

Checking if Endpoints configuration has been updated. Will check again in 60 seconds.

In cloudy , we see endless logout:

/_ah/spi/BackendService.getApiConfigs ... SPI request body: {"appRevision":"398775737565305017"} API backend app revision 398776104066064677 not the same as expected 398775737565305017
