Cannot open Cloud Tools for Powershell

I am using version 1.0.1.4 (I also saw this with 1.0.0.9).

Repo steps try and open "Cloud Tools for Powershell". It closes right after opening. I cannot see the error message.

@iantalarico The fix is now available in the latest version of Cloud SDK.
