In keeping with the expense report application, add scriptss which allow a user to upload/query photos of receipts.

Use a single bucket, storing receipts using a pseudo-hierarchical key (e.g. <userid>/<reportid>/<filename>).
Given a user ID and report ID, list receipt keys.
Ideally, figure out how to tie a receipt to a given expense report item.
Describe usage in the overview section.
Explain implementation in new sections which show the code as it uses the storage API.
