Remove Stackdriver Logs Viewer #954

The current version tries to emulate the cloud console too much. It should be rewritten to have easier to use filters, better working code linking, and easier to read messages.

@ILMTitan I don't know that we should remove this. I think we may want to keep it and improve what we have or maybe re-implement?

Changed title from "Remove" to "Rewrite", removed from 2.0.0 milestone, downgraded to P2.
