What is the reason the new plugin is not recommended for Android Studio users?

@loosebazooka @peerke it would be a good idea to explain why Android Studio users should not use it on a separate page with a link here.

@peerke FYI it's because the existing Android Studio App Engine integration is based off of the old tooling and requires some work before it can support Cloud SDK based flows.
