Standardize template indentation #2

LGTM. We should probably document what our formatting/indentation settings should be when creating templates in this repo (to avoid inconsistencies in the future). Another option is to run the code through the formatter when the templates are manifest in the IDE (not sure if the Android Studio folks do this now).

Yeah we used to use the formatter with our templating, but I don't know, will have to look at this again for the studio plugin.
