remove or update all the screenshots in these tutorials #58

preferrably remove, as the UI simply changes too frequently to maintain them.

While the screens have changed a bit since the images were added (looks like most of them were added in Nov 2014), I find them very useful. Despite the effort of updating them, I'd say they improve the tutorials greatly.
