Custom to FHIR class doesn't exist #24

I want to use the Custom to FHIR pipeline but this class does not seem to exist in any of the branches: com.google.cloud.healthcare.etl.runner.customtofhir.CustomToFhirStreamingRunner

Can you make this available? Or how can HL7 to FHIR be modified to read directly from PubSub instead of HL7v2 store?
