Prevent direct push to master branch #47

I accidentally pushed the following commit to master, and it got into master silently:

https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/ide-login/commit/c803b3e818577f0733cf425b45e979fc0d7cef0c

I reverted it back to its original state.
