Adds topic subscription #9

Subscribe to configuration topic to ensure console will ack the device is online
Subscribe to commands topic to receive commands

I can squash the commits on merge but I'm not sure I can modify the branch to only show the changes in a single commit. If you look at the files changed tab, it will coalesce all changes from all commits.
