doc: Add CBWP g3doc #2182

This PR depends on https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-config-connector/pull/2181

I also added two samples in the g3doc that are verified in real GCP. Here's the cbwp status for the more complicated workerpool-with-peered-network sample
