Support BigQuery Connection to CloudSQL #268

As we are creating you CloudSQL instances and users using config connector, it would simplify our workflow if it was possible to also create BigQuery Connection to those CloudSQL instances. Doing so would simplify password management as all secrets would stay in k8s. Ideally we should also be able to set IAM policies on those connections.

When will be this feature be supported. My customer would like to configure connections from BigQuery to Cloud SQL like following terraform feature. https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/bigquery_connection

@tokatsu-gc Thank you for the context! I have brought this to attention in Config Connector dev team. We will let you know when we have more information. Also if this issue is time-sensitive, you can consider submitting a corresponding issue with GCP support to help us better prioritize our work.
