Added support for clouds composer

We would like support for cloud composer as well, specifically Cloud Composer 2. This looks to be supported by terraform: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/composer_environment. Anything you can provide on when that might be available would be great!

Hi @pmialon, we don't have a solid ETA at this moment. Please consider filing a GCP support case to help us prioritize the feature request.

Additionally we have a contributing guide on adding new resources, , feel free to jump in and give it a try!
