Also want to test https://github.com/kubernetes/test-infra/pull/6799 with this PR.

We should get a successful run at https://k8s-testgrid.appspot.com/sig-multicluster-kubemci#kubemci-image-push after this merges. That job is configured to push a new kubemci image each time there is a new commit in this repository.
