I thought I was being so clever changing all the numbering to 1. so it would auto increase but it turns out the indentation was making GitHub markdown rendering interpret these as separate lists so instead I BROKE IT
Also clearly demarcating the env var in one of the commands. Without this the :latest was being interpreted as part of the env var in my shell
