Not documented requirement - "Default" network is required to run Vertex AI Pipelines #207

Hi, we were able to figure this by analyzing Vertex AI Pipeline jobs logs

Will they typically manage and create the custom subnets themselves; or we need to make the creation automated via terraform? I will make sure the end-user has a terraform variable to specify the subnetwork being used, this will overwrite using the "default" subnet.
