Added example for wordpress helm based listing.

After looking this over, I am thinking we should avoid forking the wordpress chart here. I think we would be better off with a toy example that just demonstrates the helm deployer. Main concerns:

Dependencies on Bitnami images (and other mentions of Bitnami)
Complexity: toy example would better highlight the integration (as opposed to all the details of wordpress and mariadb)

Removed wordpress-helm and added nginx, generated with helm create nginx.
