Support for Helm based deployer #5

As a provider of listings, I would like to supply a helm chart (as opposed to a manifest template) to the deployer container.

We also need documentation clarifying how we intend providers to integrate as well as the caveats/restrictions will have as a result of not relying on Tiller.
