JSON schema error in PyCharm 2023 #61

I've got "JSON scaeme error" when trying to add custom json schema for autocompleting in PYCharm. My colleague got the same error in InleiJ IDEA as well.

Doc from https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/marketplace-tools/blob/master/docs/setup-autocomplete.md#intellij does not work for Pycharm.

Apparently, no one needs this or I have crooked hands
