The integration tests are not been executed for each pull request.

To execute is necessary to add the notebook blueprint in the cloud-foundation-toolkit like in this change https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-foundation-toolkit/commit/8dc8c46205c5fe6e2f39b254e533fc8296e27c76#diff-8937d0cb7d360128f15501fc112dc1aa2502f358b5b12dae8daf5ac956ce52ceR92

When the change is launched the checks will be executed in each pull request, if the infrastructure is correctly created.
