Transition to a Server-side Variable Template #1

Transitions to using a server-side variable template instead of a tag. This allows for a simpler implementation and more versatile application of the assessment/score.

Includes a "reCAPTCHA to BigQuery" tag template as well to keep the capabilities the same as the prior version.
