Fixes #195

Removes unnecessary reference to option.WithCredentialsFile(authFile) and authFile parameter in clients
Removes authFile argument in services
Adds service_account_email to all Cloud Functions
Removes local/debug/main.go since it was failing pre-commit checks and shouldn't be in git anyway due to the org/project specific info that would only be useful the original devs.
