Various fixes for the installation process. #158

This PR contains fixes for breakages that have occurred in the deployment and installation.

Updates for Terraform modules and versions
Updates for GitLab helm charts and versions
Removal of older demo applications (Would like to add back but we need to find a better way of keeping them up to date)
Removal of unused builders.
Updates for Skaffold versions
