Add tags to GKE clusters to it is easy to pick them out post-deployment #75

We should consider adding a tag to the GKE clusters indicating they were created via this project. This would be helpful so they are easier to identify in the console.

We should actually add a label to all resources created from this blueprint. It will help with metrics as well.
