BigQuery table name #5

Hi, thank you for an useful reference implementation!

I found a small pitfall in README.md creating BigQuery table part.

(F) bq mk --table metric_export.sd_metrics_stats ./bigquery_schema_params_table.json (T) bq mk --table metric_export.sd_metrics_params ./bigquery_schema_params_table.json
