Scripts to populate the database do not exist

Expected Behavior

When I run

https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/terraform-example-foundation-app/blob/5b02673ce839e2ec0f35b2039f57d365e3fbcab9/6-anthos-install/README.md#L488-L493

the database should be populated

Actual Behavior

I got an error that the files does not exist

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. execute instruction up to step 6
