@umeshkumhar - I made a few changes:

updated int.cloudbuild.yaml to point to the right int test
removed the fixture folder since int tests can target examples directly and I don't see a reason why we need a fixture here
made a few lint fixes.

At this point the int tests are not passing. Please take a look at test logs.
