feat: use namespaces created on fleetscope on cymbal-bank manifests #228

This PR makes the necessary adjustments to the codebase for using the namespaces created on the integration tests.

I also added a validation test to ensure that we are receiving the authentication cookies from the web server - there is a case in which we would receive a http status 200 but without the token
