Google import stuck #1833

Running version 4.0.0 ...

I am unable to complete an import due to the importing process "freezing" up. It will process through most resources just fine but once it hits "IAM" it will hang and never complete. There is no associated errors or anything in the logging on GCP to investigate. Drawing a blank as to how to proceed.
