Can't re-install friendly game simplifier

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tired to install this "fgs.googlecodes.com/files/fgs - any extension
2. Starts to install
3. Get - Attempt to downgrade

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See above

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Went to downloads above, tried several versions.  Get same error message.  
Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi guys i tried to install an older version but it gets blocked and facebook 
tells us to re login can you give me any other solution to the problem? , 
because i dont undertstand the java code to change it
