Every time I try to claim an item it says Connection Error #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just trying to claim anything using fgs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connection Error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
fgs-2.0.0.1.crx

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem just started within the past week

It used to still collect even tho you got the connection error message now it 
just shows the circle arrow and does not collect at all. The connection error 
shows in the item box of what you click on to receive.
