Can't set the COM0 port on the GPS tab in the configuration menu.

In Settings / GPS just uncheck the "Read GPS data directly".  You then 
shouldn't 
need to select a COM port.  (COM0 means GPS is managed by Windows Moble, and 
the 
software doesn't need to directly interact with the GPS hardware.)
