Install directory selection doesn't appear to work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the msi installer
2. Select a different directory (The twice I have done it, it is on a
separate drive)
3. Finish installation, verify installation directory.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Installation in E:\Folding\HFM
Actual  : Installation in C:\Program Files\HFM.NET (the default
installation directory)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.7 - Rev 104
Windows XP
