What enhancement are you proposing?

- Splash Screen - Show while HFM is Loading

Move a lot of the startup processes now found in frmMain_ctor and
frmMain_Load to a background thread.

What version of the product are you using?

- 0.4.9.146

Not worth it.  There isn't enough time during the process to warrant slowing 
down the
startup enough to actually show a splash screen.
