HFM shows an wrong progress if core is just started after checkpoint

1. Make sure that client's progress is between 0 and 100% (e.g. 85%)
2. Shut client down.
3. Run client.
4. Update client in HFM.

I expect to see client's score as 85%, but I see 0 until current frame being 
finished, only after that HFM will show correct progress - 86%.

Tit-for-tat... I will be making a change here to show what is currently known 
based on the previous client run.  But it will show the known completed frame 
until a valid frame can be logged.  Note that the completed steps vs. the total 
steps are not actually 85% of the WU.  It's somewhere between 85% and 86%, thus 
HFM ignores this reported frame because it doesn't need considered in the 
benchmark data.

I worked through all your reported issues backwards... so this is the last one. 
 I appreciate your enthusiasm for HFM, I really do.  In the future, if you 
would please, contact me via the HFM Google Group (Help menu) and let's discuss 
any ideas you have before entering them into the Issues system.  Thanks!
