Bonus credits and PPD calculation option should not be checked by default.
As for new user it confuses a lot.

On the other hand it would be more clear to show directly in the table if bonus 
system is used or not.

This is a user preference.  Some will want it on by default, some won't.  I 
personally like it on by default and it will continue to be.  I will consider 
an indicator of whether the bonus is on or not; but to be honest... if a FAH 
donor doesn't understand the bonus system then they just need to learn.
