(Mono) The Web Visual Styles are not ordered as they are when running under .NET. #258

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Run HFM on the Mono Runtime.  The Web Visual Styles list does not show the 
styles in the same order as they appear under .NET.  Further, selecting one of 
the styles does not result in the proper selection.  Selecting the first option 
'Purple' results in the 'Blue' option being selected.  Blue is the first 
selection in the list on .NET... so on some level it is selecting the proper 
file... they're just not being displayed in the proper order.  Probably 
something to do with the binding.

Last build tested:

- v0.6.2.324
