What enhancement are you proposing?

- Add an option/hotkey to toggle PPD calculation based on Frame Time or 
Download Time... much like the option in the WU History Viewer.

What is the expected output for the proposed enhancement?

- Give ChasR his "theoretical" PPD view.

What version of the product are you using?

- v0.6.2.336
