Life (2009) comes up as Life (2007)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a series named Life (2009)\Life (2009) - {Series#}x{Episode#} - 
{Episode Title}
2. Scan series

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expect it to detect the series Life (2009) from theTVdb.com, but it instead 
tries to rename it as Life (2007) which is a different series altogether.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Using v2.3732.32766 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.
- Life (2009) is a BBC UK Documentary Series on Nature, Life (2007) is a 
Japanese drama about schoolgirls :S
