MPOP doesn't seem to demonstrate #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get the account to log into the MSN Live Messenger.
2. Now use the MSNPSharp Client and log into that same account.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MSN Live Messenger should be able to tell that there are now 2 places logged
into that same account, but it doesn't.

The MSNPSharp does tell there are 2 places logged in that same account, however
the contact list is all offline.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Windows XP SP3.
MSNPSharp 4.0 DEV.
MSN Live Messenger 2009.

Does 3.1 has this issue?

It works on 3.1 (3.1.2 to be precise). MSN Live knows that there are two places
and the contact list works.
