Folder tree view not in UTF8 #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View folder tree

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Foreign characters should show properly in folder view. Instead, it shows
UTF8 codes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.99.14

Please provide any additional information below.
The other views (playlist, folder content) do show the correct foreign
characters.

The label above the folder content view also shows the UTF8 codes instead of the
correct foreign characters.
