mpm isn't integrated to the "Save as..." window #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on any supported media
2. the "Save as..." window opens
3. It's not possible to choose mpm/mpd to play the media

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An additional option to open media directly within mpm/mpd

The following filetypes are supported, based on mime-types or file extension.
pls, m3u, xspf, mp3, ogg, wav, flac, mod, aac, wma
