Update maven site module navigation, add content to parent/src/site/apt/index.apt #209

Running multi-module maven site results in an index page with dummy content and 
broken module navigation.

Module index pages (e.g. core/target/site/index.html) also have broken 
navigation.

Moving back to new, not sure maven site changes are worth the effort at this
