move SWT dependant classes to a new subproject (piccolo2d-swt)

I have a patch at hand here in my wc. It's pretty straightforward - shall I

to the trunk or is it necessary to create a branch for review?

P.S.: I use git as a proxy for svn - therefore I hesitate a bit to svn-branch.
