Change to Landscape format doesn't work #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File -> Page Setup
2. Orientation -> Landscape
3. Click OK
4. File -> Page Setup
5. Check the orientation and the format change didn't occur

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Expected the page format to change to Landscape yet it remained Portrait

IMPORTANT!!! Please answer these questions for any and ALL bug reports

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-0.4.75 Windows XP

What method of install was your version installed with (Binary/Source)?
-Binary

If from source: What version of python and wxPython are you using?
-N/A
