Make the configuration folder all lower-case #340

Hey, most applications for Linux save their configuration in a folder named
like their app all lower-case, it would be great if Editra could that to.
So basically rename to folder from .Editra to .editra.

Hello,

As discussed, this would provide no benefits of any kind, and would only cause 
all
existing users to lose their settings on a an update. So I see no need to make 
this
change.
