Enhancement request. Upon loading Editra, detect whether it is already running #349

If I have several tabs open, then start Editra again with "editra
newfile.c" or by clicking on a file in Nautilus, I would love for it to
just open a new tab in my already open instance.

Hello,

This already exists. The version of the program you have installed (0.2.29) as
mentioned in the other post is very old. Please update to the latest (0.4.88) 
to have
a version with this feature in it.
