Wrong string in platform dialog (patch included)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I open a file with mixed line break (UNIX and Windows, for example)
2. Editra propose to unify them
3. In platform choice list, "Windows" is translated to "Ventanas". It
doesn't make sense in spanish since we don't translate "Windows"  in this
context.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Windows" should not be translated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Editra from svn repository on Debian Lenny.

What method of install was your version installed with (Binary/Source)?

Correct no-translated string exists in scripts/i18n/Editra_es_ES.po but
it's not used in
src/ed_mdlg.py
src/ed_glob.py Editra/src/ed_glob.py

I include a patch that fix this issue.
