Should not scroll back to beginning after loading large file #388

With 0.4.95 installed on Windows XP, I see the following:

- I open a very large file.
- I navigate around (e.g. page-down) during load.
- When the file is fully loaded, the cursor jumps "home".

Here the cursor should stay where it was.

Should be fixed in current svn head.

* checks for caret position changes during threaded file load, and doesn't reset
caret position if the position has changed.
