[feature request]automatically scroll vertically #420

Allow editra automatically scroll vertically 3 or more lines before
reaching the bottom of the screen.

Added an option for View Virtual space for the next release.

Can be enabled in the 

Preferences->Document->View options

Will enable the extra space after the last line in the buffer to allow for 
additional scrolling.
